about

The Modular Chronicles - Volume One.

From the beginning of when the first oscillator was created by american engineer Elisha Gray the elements began to form to what eventually combined the creativity of engineers, musicians and scientists to create a musical instrument that made sounds unlike any other material that was on earth. These sounds were the emanations of electricity and matter controlled within voltage variation.

Enter into this world of analog synthesis with the first volume made on this instrument. This first volume solely uses the Doepfer A-100 analog modular system. No other instrument or sound generator was used during the recording process.
